オーストラリアCCGS留学〜シドニー遠足〜

シドニーへ遠足。９月に交換留学生として日本を訪問する予定のCCGS生徒も同行してくれました。電車を利用して1時間半ほどでシドニーに到着し、環状線に乗り換えてオペラハウスやハーバーブリッジのあるサーキュラーキー駅へ。
Excursion to Sydney.The students who are supposed to visit Japan as exchange students accompanied us. We arrived at Central station in about 1 hour and half by train.And then we transferred to the city circle and went to Circular Quay station where Opera House and Harbour Bridge were.

バーバーブリッジ、オペラハスを見学。引率の先生方より設計時の様子など説明して頂きました。
We visited the Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge and CCGS teachers explained when they were both constructed.

シドニー旧税関(Customs House)も見学。オーストラリア建国以前から税関として使われて来た歴史的な建物です。現在建物内にはシドニーの市街地のミニュチュア模型などが展示されています。
We also visited Customs House which had been used as the customs operation before institution of Australia. Now, miniature models are on display inside.

旧市街ロックス地区の町並みを眺めながら、近代的なシドニーの中心街シティーへと街を散策しました。
We walked through the area of The Rocks which is famous for still being an old town and walked on to The City which is the business district of Sydney.

世界で最も美しいショッピングセンターと言われるクイーンビクトリアビルディングも見学しました。
We also visited The Queen Victoria Building ,which is claimed to be the most beautiful shopping center in the world.
