今日はみんなでうどん作り!
粉から練って寝かせて、踏んで、コシを出して、麺を切って・・・
みんなで日本ならではの関東風のうどんを堪能しました!
みんなのうどんは三つ星です!
 

Today, everyone became udon chefs!

Starting with flour, we mixed the dough, let it rest, kneaded it, stepped on it to create the perfect chewy texture, and finally cut it into noodles.

After all that hard work, everyone enjoyed a delicious bowl of authentic Kanto-style udon, made entirely by hand!

Congratulations, everyone—your udon deserves three Michelin stars! ⭐⭐⭐
