7月8日(水)待ちに待った日がやって来ました！
私たちの姉妹校Central Coast Grammar Schoolより23名の生徒と3名の先生方が来校し、本校で授業を一緒に受けたり、ホームステイを体験します！
朝本校に到着し、スクールバディとホスト生徒と対面！
1時間目に1年生のコース別集会に参加し、本校生徒達の前で上手な日本語で自己紹介をしました！
2時間目は剣道体験です！バディと一緒になって「メーン」と元気よく練習しました！
3時間目からは各バディのクラスで授業を一緒に受け、お昼休みはみんなでWelcome Partyを行いました！
放課後はホストファミリーと対面です。みんな少し緊張した様子でしたが、ホストファミリーの皆さんの温かい手作りウェルカムボードで笑顔があふれていました！

CCGS Japan Study Tour – Welcome to Kanto Daiichi! ✨
The day we've all been looking forward to has finally arrived!
On Wednesday, July 8, we were thrilled to welcome 23 students and 3 teachers from our sister school, Central Coast Grammar School (CCGS), to Kanto Daiichi High School. During their stay in Tokyo, they will attend classes with our students and experience Japanese family life through a homestay program.
The morning began with an exciting first meeting between the visiting students, their school buddies, and host students. During the first period, the CCGS students attended a Year 10 assembly and confidently introduced themselves in Japanese in front of our students. Everyone was impressed by their excellent Japanese! 👏
In the second period, they took part in a Kendo class. Teaming up with their buddies, they enthusiastically practiced shouting "Men!" as they learned one of Japan's traditional martial arts. 🥋
From the third period onward, they joined their buddies in regular classes, experiencing everyday school life in Japan. At lunchtime, everyone gathered for a Welcome Party, where new friendships quickly began to blossom. 🎉
After school, it was finally time to meet their host families. Although everyone seemed a little nervous at first, the warm smiles and handmade welcome signs prepared by the host families immediately made them feel at home. ❤️
