CCGS留学生の2名が本校生徒と修学旅行へ行ってきました！

広島ー愛媛ー香川コースに参加し、広島で平和学習、厳島神社に参拝、しまなみ海道をサイクリング、金刀比羅宮を登り、讃岐うどん作り体験などお腹いっぱいのスケジュールで日本文化を楽しみました。

日本で最初の修学旅行は、1886（明治19）年2月に、東京師範学校（現在の筑波大学の前身の一つ）が千葉県で行ったものと言われています。欧米諸国にこのような修学旅行はありません。ぜひ日本の様々な文化に触れて日本というものを学んでいってほしいと思います。

Two CCGS students joined our school trip with Kanto Daiichi students! ✨

They took part in the Hiroshima–Ehime–Kagawa course, where they experienced Japan’s rich culture through a full and exciting schedule: peace studies in Hiroshima, a visit to Itsukushima Shrine, cycling across the Shimanami Kaido, climbing Kotohira-gu Shrine, and even making Sanuki Udon noodles!🍜🚴‍♀️⛩️

Did you know? The very first school trip in Japan was held in 1886 (Meiji 19) by the Tokyo Normal School—one of the predecessors of today’s University of Tsukuba.
Unlike in Western countries, Japan’s school trip tradition is unique and deeply rooted in its educational culture.

We hope our CCGS students continue to explore, experience, and learn more about Japan through these wonderful opportunities!🌸
